What we do
Panel clean + health check
A deionised-water clean — no chemicals, no pressure, warranty-safe — with a full visual inspection, isolator and cabling condition check, inverter error-log review, and a generation reading before and after.
You receive a photo condition report the same day. If we find a cracked isolator or a hotspot cell, you will know precisely what it is and what it costs to fix.
Bird proofing
UV-stabilised mesh fitted around the array perimeter with stainless clips — no drilling, no warranty risk. Nest and fouling removal with sanitising where droppings sit under the panels.
Pigeons establish under arrays in late winter and early spring. Proofing now is easier than evicting them in October.
Two-storey homes welcome
Most cleaners won’t do them. We work at heights for a living — on substations, with harnesses and rated anchors — and we bring the same discipline to your roof.
The honest winter numbers
An Adelaide roof produces roughly a third as much in winter as in summer. Soiling typically costs 3–5% of output — more under bird fouling or lichen, which rain does not remove. A properly cleaned 10 kW system recovers in the order of 250–400 kWh a year, worth roughly $100–$200. Others promise 30% more output. We won’t, because it isn’t true.
